PASTIFICIO CELLINO SRL

The Cellino Group is a family-owned business that was established in the 1960s by Ercole Cellino. Cellino began operations as a milling company, and is known today for its production of high quality dried pasta. The Cellino Group is one of Sardinia’s leading companies and is gaining an increasingly solid reputation as a reliable and competitive company

The pasta factory was established in 2001 by Alberto and Lucia Cellino and has always been committed to using locally grown wheat. Great attention is placed on the production process, in order to ensure the product has excellent organoleptic properties. The efficient logistics system ensures safety at all levels of the production plant, from growing the wheat to selling the finished product to the consumers.

Cellino manufactures Jamie Oliver spaghetti, penne and fusilli whilst complying with the strictest operative and qualitative standards. All the Jamie Oliver dried pastas are made from 100% durum wheat semolina using a traditional bronze die which creates the textured surface so it holds sauce better.

Cellino holds the following quality certificates:
- BRC (Global Standard for Food Safety)
- IFS (International Food Standard)
- ISO 9001: 2000 (Quality Management System)
- ISO 22005: 08
